  1. No. of participants: 2 per team
  2. Make sure each team gets a fixed token amount (Virtual Amount) of Rs. 12 lakhs, at the beginning of game.
  3. The teams will have to buy assets through registration at respective registration-counters.
  4. There will be separate counters for each two categories of assets as follows:-
    • Counter1 : Flats [F] and Clubs[C]
    • Counter2 : Tenaments [T] and Agricultural Farms [A]
    • Counter3 : Bungalows [B] and Villas [V]
    • Counter4 : Shopping Centers[S] and Malls [M]
    • Counter 5 : Hotels [H] and Restaurants[R]
    • Counter 6 : Resorts [RE] and Commercial Building (Offices) [O]
  5. At the first session of the event, the teams are granted a restricted purchase of Rs.4 lakh of the virtual token amount.
  6. All properties will be sold on first come first served basis.
  7. The participant will have to make sure that he/she gets the respective property card which he/she has bought.
  8. The property card is the only proof of his ownership of that property.
  9. Any deal unregistered will not be considered, both the buyer and seller have to register.
  10. Teams are not allowed to perform transactions within them. If a team wishes to sell an asset it will have to apply for an auction.
  11. In case of an auction, the team will have to clarify the least price that it expects and this price will be considered as the base price for the auction.
  12. Every property that comes for an auction will be granted a restricted time of 20 seconds. If no team comes up with new price, the property will be considered unclaimed and returned to the original owner.
  13. Every team will have to register at least a minimum of 6 transactions which include a min. of 4 buying and 2 selling transactions in order to be considered for the winning criteria.
  14. Teams not meeting the above mentioned criteria will not be considered for winner evaluation.
  15. During the game, if the net balance of any team becomes less than Rs.30, 000 then the team will be disqualified.
  16. At the end, the team with the highest profit also satisfying winning criteria will be declared the winner.
  17. In case of a tie, the participant with the Max. Profit in Max. Transactions will be declared the winner.
  18. If the participating team wants to quit the game before the event actually ends, he will have to report at the main counter and also the team has to submit all his owned property cards.
  19. No refund will be given to the teams that choose an early-exit.
  20. In case of the any conflicting issue, the decision of event head will be final.
