Poster Presentation
An excellent opportunity to elucidate your ideas and think beyond boundaries, giving you a platform to present innovative and unorthodox ideas which may not be feasible presently, but may become a reality in time to come.
The aim is to encourage the divinity in mind of student whose perception to science is not blinded by present facts by the means of a poster. The idea may be abstract or completely out of the box, but it has to be supported by some rational points.

General Rules:

  1. Maximum number of participants per poster is three.
  2. There are two categories for participation- B. Pharm. and M. Pharm.
  3. Size of the poster should be 1m (width) * 1.2m (height).
  4. Printed, self-drawn or hand written materials are allowed but pasted materials are not allowed.
  5. Mentioning the name of participants or any institute or any other identical resemblance is strictly not allowed on the poster.
  6. Abstract should be send before 10th March 2014 to following email id Abstract should not contain more than 250 words.
  7. Poster would be recognized by the code given at the venue after the registration.
  8. Abstract should not contain more than 250 words.
  9. All participants should remain present at place allotted to them throughout the displaying period.
  10. Time for presenting poster to the judges: 5 Minutes
  11. Only al-pins will be provided.
  12. Decision taken by the judges is considered final. It cannot be challenged in any case.

NOTE:Rules are subject to last minute change. Contact corresponding coordinator(s) for further inquiries. Final Decision lies in hands of Coordinators and Judges. Participants have to abide the decision in all cases.

  4. Pharmacognosy
    • Globalization of herbal drugs/Formulations
    • Tissue culture- Novel approaches for drugs
    • problems and achievements in development of herbal medicines(Quality Standards)
    • Herbal drug technology.

Abstract Details:

The abstract of the work proposed to be presented should be typed according to the instructions given below and sent to the e-mail id on or before 10th march 2014. The abstracts should be typed only in the prescribed format.
