Event Schedule:

  1. Round 1: 12:00 - 01:00 , February 16
  2. Round 2: 02:00 - 03:00 , February 16
  3. Round 3: 04:30 - 05:00 , February 16

Round 1 :

  1. This level consists of 10 to 12 slides (with time interval of 5 to 7sec per slide); it will contain electrical (lamps, switches holders and cables etc.) as well as electronics components such as diodes, transistor etc., and pictorial presentation).
  2. Based on this, one test (MCQ) will be conducted after completion of the presentation. Expected time duration for the exam will be 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Based on available participants, the evaluating team will decide that how many students will be appearing for the next level.
  4. Stage 1 - Instructions :

    1. Cell phone or any communicating device is strictly prohibited.
    2. During presentation don't write anything on your hand or table or page.
    3. After completion of presentation MCQ test will be conducted based on slide show (containing 20 marks, 10 min. with no negative marking).
    4. Without any discussion you will complete your quiz.
    5. 70% students are eliminated from first round.
    6. In case if student are scoring same marks than time duration will be considered for that means first come first serve.

Round 2 :

  1. This level comprises 2 to 4 slide and fast forward video based on circuits.
  2. After completion of the presentation, the students are allowed to draw the circuit diagram in the given page.
  3. Next, search the components as per the requirement and connect them on breadboard.
  4. Merit list will be prepared based on the completion of the task.
  5. Stage 2 - Instructions :

    1. Cell phone or any communicating device is strictly prohibited.
    2. During presentation don't write anything on your hand or table or page.
    3. In this stage, the slideshow contains circuit diagram, component description and video based on circuit.
    4. After completion of presentation page will be provided to participate: first draw circuit diagram then connect the circuit on bread board with appropriate components.
    5. Time duration for this task completion is 20 min.
    6. First come first serve (With proper output and circuit connection).
    7. In case if no one able to generated desired output at that time judge will decide that who will be got nearer desired result. Based on this merit list is prepared.

Round 3 :

  1. This level consists of 4-5 slides and video (that contains some input and out pattern means waveforms or logic).
  2. Based on this, the participants are supposed to draw the circuit in given sheets.
  3. After that, connect the circuit and show the results as per the requirement.
  4. Stage 3 - Instructions :

    1. 1. Finally 5 students will be selected for the final round.
    2. 2. In this round, the students will be watching a presentation in which they will be shown an already connected circuit on bread board and output of that circuit. The students need to replicate that and get the required results
    3. 3. Cell phone or any communicating device is strictly prohibited.
    4. 4. During presentation, don't write anything on your hand or table or page.
    5. 5. Time duration for this task completion is 30 min.

Rules are subject to last minute change. Contact corresponding coordinator(s) for further inquiries. Final decision lies in hands of coordinators and judges. Participants have to abide the decision in all cases.
